Tali Elohi, translating to "Two Worlds" in English, reflects the dual identity Native Americans navigate daily. Balancing life in an urban setting while staying rooted in culture is challenging. Tali Elohi is a voice for Indigenous People, Ancestors, and homelands in one world, while in the other, a modern way to uphold culture, traditions, and engagement.
Guided by the mission to effect positive change, uplift Indigenous People, and contribute to a brighter world for the 7th generation, the future of Tali Elohi is full of opportunity and challenge.

As an Indigenous woman, I am determined to shatter stereotypes that have long plagued my identity. Growing up in the South, I endured hurtful comments from individuals about my family, intelligence, heritage, and even the very purpose of my existence. These negative perceptions extended to their limited vision of my future, reducing it to a mere role in childbearing. This adversity became the catalyst for my fervent pursuit of the "impossible."
Thankfully, I drew strength from the legacy of my great-grandmother, an uneducated female minority who defied all societal expectations as a multi-business owner in the 1940s and 1950s. Her resilience and revered status in the community, alongside my daughters, now fuel my passion for success. My goal is to perpetuate her legacy and instill in my girls the belief that they are equal to anyone and must walk through life with that thought.
Having achieved the dreams of my younger self, my focus has shifted to uplifting and inspiring others. At the core of Tali Elohi lies a commitment to community support, and in the future, I envision expanding this philanthropy by establishing internships, scholarships and community grants. It is my conviction that our youth must be empowered early on, accelerating the timeline toward a more equitable business community. My ultimate aspiration is to witness individuals like myself becoming the social norm.
